Saturday Six – Episode 190

8 December 2007 8 Comments

Can you believe that it is already December? And that Christmas is just a few short weeks away?

I have barely begun Christmas shopping…but there’s always time for the weekly list of questions.

  • First to play last week: Otowi of “Otowi.” Congratulations!

Here are this week’s “Saturday Six” questions. Either answer the questions in a comment here, or put the answers in an entry on your journal…but either way, leave a link to your journal so that everyone else can visit! To be counted as “first to play,” you must be the first player to either answer the questions in a comment or to provide a complete link to the specific entry in your journal in which you answer the questions. A link to your journal in general cannot count. Enjoy!

1. You have to leave a snack for Santa, but you’re concerned about his health so you don’t want to leave sweets: what healthier snack would you choose instead?

2. Santa decides to be especially generous this year, and says he’ll bring you a car. What make and model would you like to find in your driveway on Christmas morning?

3. Santa is also giving you a vacation to any spot in the world for a week. Where would you like to go?

4. Take the quiz: What will be in your Christmas stocking?

5. When was the last time you had a picture taken with Santa Claus?

6. If Santa could bring you 12 of any single item mentioned in the lyrics of “The Twelve Days of Christmas,” which gift would you choose and why?

If you have a Reader’s Choice question you’d like to see asked (and answered), send me an email! I’d love to be able to include it in a future edition of the Saturday Six.

    1. I wouldn’t dream of leaving Santa a healthy snack. That poor guy needs his sugar-high. Won’t leave him skim milk, either. Coffee. He needs all the caffeine he can get.

    2. Something small that gets super-high mileage per gallon/hybrid.

    3. Easy. Tampa, so I can play with Chip, Lynne and my grandbabies. Chip keeps me laughing, Lynne keeps me intellectually stimulated, the babies keep me young. And they love my cooking.

    4. Lots of little wrapped packages. Seems I made the old geezer feel good.

    5. Honey, I AM Santa Claus.

    6. It would have to be the “maids a-milking.” I don’t have cows, but a few maids around here to do the housework for awhile…aa-a-a-ah.
