Saturday Six – Episode 210
Set a spell…kick your shoes off…and let’s talk about your feet. That’s the theme in this week’s edition!
- First to play last week: Connie of This is Connie. Congratulations!
(According to the rules, “First to Play” requires you to be the first to include the link to the specific entry in which you answered the questions, not just the general link to your blog.)
Here are this week’s “Saturday Six” questions. Either answer the questions in a comment here, or put the answers in an entry on your journal…but either way, leave a link to your journal so that everyone else can visit! To be counted as “first to play,” you must be the first player to either answer the questions in a comment or to provide a complete link to the specific entry in your journal in which you answer the questions. A link to your journal in general cannot count. Enjoy!
1. How many pairs of shoes do you own right now? Over the course of a single week, how many of them are you likely to wear total?
2. At what store do you buy the majority of your shoes?
3. How much did you pay for the most expensive pair of shoes you own? How much was the cheapest?
4. Take the quiz: What do your feet say about you?
5. What’s your preference: dress, casual, sneaker, flip flop or sandal?
6. Have you ever had or considered getting a pedicure?
If you have a Reader’s Choice question you’d like to see asked (and answered), send me an email! I’d love to be able to include it in a future edition of the Saturday Six.

Hi Patrick
1. I own about 10 pairs of shoes. In one week, the only shoes I wear are rubber shoes (practical and comfortable). I wear the rest during parties and other special occasions.
2. I buy my shoes from SM Department Store, since the shoes there are less expensive.
3. I paid 2000 Philippine pesos (that’s 50 US dollars) for a pair of black leather shoes that I don’t want to wear anyway because they pinch. My cheapest shoes are around 8 US dollars a pair.
4. What Your Feet Say About You:
You are not very expressive. You tend to keep your emotions to yourself.
You are a somewhat passionate person. A few things get you very fired up, but you’re usually pretty laid back.
You are an assertive person at times. You’ll pull out all the stops to get what you want, if it’s worth it.
You take a while to fall in love, but once you do, you stay pretty attached to your partner.
You are not afraid of anything. You are brave and courageous, even when most people would be terrified.
You are very practical and down to earth. You’re more concerned with action than thoughts.
You are a fairly hard worker, but you are also a little spoiled. You like indulge yourself every now and then.
You are easily influenced by other people. You’re quite impressionable, so you should only be around people who are a good influence.
5. I prefer wearing rubber shoes and sneakers because they are comfortable. I also commute everyday so it’s easier to walk around on dusty and rough roads.
6. I do get pedicures every now and then.
I’m up.
