Is it any surprise that spending five hours a day flipping through 125 channels and finding nothing nothing but reruns of Family Ties, The Surreal Life, and Two and a Half Men can become kinda depressing?

OK, so I kid. The TV isn&#039;t what&#039;s making people unhappy. The watching of lots of TV is a symptom of &lt;i&gt;being&lt;/i&gt; unhappy.</description>
