Saturday Six – Episode 264

2 May 2009 5 Comments

Thanks for stopping by and making Patrick’s Place part of your weekend routine.

If the weather where you live is as pleasant as the weather is here in Charleston today, I hope you’ll go out and get a little sunshine (while protected with sunscreen, of course) and enjoy a little fresh air (while wearing an H1N1-protecting face mask, of course).

Then again, that’s a lot of trouble. Maybe a blog jog is just what you need, after all!

  • First to play last week: Cynthia of Coyote Underground. Congratulations!
  • (According to the rules, “First to Play” requires you to be the first to include the link to the specific entry in which you answered the questions, not just the general URL to your blog.)

Here are this week’s “Saturday Six” questions. Either answer the questions in a comment here, or put the answers in an entry on your blog…but either way, leave a link to your site so that everyone else can visit! If you repost the questions on your site, you must link back to this site as the source.

1. You’re having a high-stress day. What hobby does the most to calm your nerves and relieve your mind when you get home?

2. What comfort food are you most likely to turn to when you’re having a bad day?

3. What kind of exercise leaves you feeling the best after it’s over?

4. When you want to get out of the house for a while, but don’t have time for a real getaway, where are you most likely to go for a few hours?

5. Take the quiz: Are You Mind, Body or Spirit?

6. Which of yours do you think is more healthy: your mind, your body or your soul?

If you have a Reader’s Choice question you’d like to see asked (and answered), send me an email! I’d love to be able to include it in a future edition of the Saturday Six.
