Saturday Six – Episode 268

30 May 2009 5 Comments

If this blog had an orchestra, I would ask for a little traveling music. Since it doesn’t, I will just tell you that transportation is the theme of this week’s set of questions!

  • First to play last week: Caryl of Mingle Freely. Congratulations!
  • (According to the rules, “First to Play” requires you to be the first to include the link to the specific entry in which you answered the questions, not just the general URL to your blog.)

Here are this week’s “Saturday Six” questions. Either answer the questions in a comment here, or put the answers in an entry on your blog…but either way, leave a link to your site so that everyone else can visit! If you repost the questions on your site, you must link back to this site as the source.

1. You’re planning a trip that would be an eight-hour car ride, a four-hour train ride, or a two-hour plane ride. With money and time being no object, which would you most likely choose and why?

2. Has your worst travel experience been on a plane, on a bus or in a car?

3. Of the following modes of transportation, which one are you most likely to be able to sleep in as a passenger? When did you last doze in that vehicle?

4. Of that same list, which one would you least likely to be able to sleep in as a passenger? What’s the biggest stumbling block to your being able to sleep that way?

5. Take the quiz: What Type of Transportation Are You?

6. In you response to the quiz, which single line best describes you?

If you have a Reader’s Choice question you’d like to see asked (and answered), send me an email! I’d love to be able to include it in a future edition of the Saturday Six.
