Subtle

I laughed out loud when I glanced up at this Pedestrian Crossing sign.

I have no idea how long it’s been like this, or how long I glanced at it before noticing.

Nice! When we were kids, some friends and I altered a sign in our neighborhood. It was at the main entrance to the subdivision, and it said, “DRIVE SLOW. WE (heart) OUR KIDS.”

We got to thinking about the symbols in a deck of cards other than the heart. We used construction paper to create another symbol to tape over the heart.

The signed ended up reading: “DRIVE SLOW. WE (club) OUR KIDS.”
