We continue winding our way through the alphabet, and this week, we come to the letter U. When I started writing this week’s post, I initially thought I’d have a difficult time coming up with U-words. But it proved not to be nearly as difficult as I expected once I started thinking about it.
Now it’s time for you to live up to your part of the bargain!

1. Exercise and fitness. So I think its a good addiction. I get it in usually twice a day and being a personal trainer at 2 gyms helps !!
2. stress level...6. juggling about 4 part time jobs, exercise, household duties, mommy duties and managing a teen with special needs is exhausting, wife duties, so it's a lot
3. football...I know nothing about it, excepet what a touchdown looks like
