Suppose that you start a brand new job in a new city. I’ve got some questions all relating to that theme and I’m curious to see how you’d answer them.

Here’s a topic that a packrat like me would never want to discuss with the whole world: clutter. Specifically, the clutter on your work desk. (For those of you who work at home or don’t have a job, consider the desk where your computer is).
I’m eager to see how some of these get answered!

I found a new quiz for this week, so I returned to the old format. Where was everyone last week? I thought it was such an easy set of questions.
Oh, well…the best-laid plans….

We’re back to the either/or format that got such a good response two weeks ago. And this week, it’s all about the breakfast menu!

I found an interesting poster about politics (and I’ll supply the link next week so as not to influence this week’s responses). I thought I’d continue with the either/or format for another week, but with some political ideas.
There’s no pattern to the questions: in other words, if you suspect that the first response is a “left” vs. “right” point of view, the second response may well be the other way around. Or vice versa.
I want you to think more about your opinion rather than toeing any party line.

I’m sure many are wondering if my tardiness in posting this week’s edition has anything to do with any possible “new arrival” of the four-legged variety.
I’m working on that, but I have nothing to report just yet.
Last week, I said I was hoping for 10 players. I got nine comments, so let’s see if we can hit double digits this week!

Perhaps I should blame that extraordinary Brazilian steakhouse my friend Archie and I visited during my trip to San Jose, California this past week, but I’m still thinking about restaurants and food.
For obvious reasons, I am not thinking about stepping on a scale.

Debt sucks. Yeah. I said it.
It’s so easy — even if you are watching every penny — to let a little debt build up into a mountain of problems. It happens, unfortunately, to almost everyone. And like extra pounds around the belly, it‘s so much easier to add more than to get rid of what you have.
Can someone invent a pill to take care of that? Can I get an amen?
