Saturday Six – Episode 332

Last Updated on August 28, 2010

This week, Dr. Phil’s phrase, “What were you thinking?” comes to mind. Thoughts are the topic of the Saturday Six this week, and I’ve even found a thought-related cartoon quiz to go along with the theme!

So put your thinking caps on and be sure to leave a link if you decide to play along on your own blog.

  • First to Play Last Week: Diana, of Diana’s Little Corner in the Nutmeg State! Congratulations!
  • (According to the rules, “First to Play” requires you to be the first to include the link to the specific entry in which you answered the questions, not just the general link to your blog.)

Here are this week’s “Saturday Six” questions. Either answer the questions in a comment here, or put the answers in an entry on your journal…but either way, leave a link to your journal so that everyone else can visit! Permission is not granted to copy the questions to message boards for the purpose of having members answer and play along there. Enjoy!

1. Do you tend to think more or speak more?

2. How often do you find yourself writing down your thoughts so that you won’t forget some good idea?

3. What location allows you to do the best thinking?

4. During which routine activity do you tend to do your best thinking?

5. Take the quiz: What does your favorite Thought Bubble say about you?

6. Go back to the test and choose your second choice: which of the two better describes you?

If you have a Reader’s Choice question you’d like to see asked (and answered), send me an email! I’d love to be able to include it in a future edition of the Saturday Six.

  • 1. Do you tend to think more or speak more?
Think, definitely. People who don't know me often ask my wife why I don't talk.

    2. How often do you find yourself writing down your thoughts so that you won’t forget some good idea?
    Frequently.

    3. What location allows you to do the best thinking?
    Home.

    4. During which routine activity do you tend to do your best thinking?
As I drink my morning coffee and check Facebook and email.

    5. Take the quiz: What does your favorite Thought Bubble say about you?
    Your Thoughts Are Wild
No one understands how that brain of yours works, including you!
You have a unique thought process, and it results in some pretty crazy ideas.

You don't try to limit your thoughts. When you brainstorm, the sky's the limit.
You are an uninhibited thinker and dreamer. Your ideas are extremely innovative.

    6. Go back to the test and choose your second choice: which of the two better describes you?
    The one I posted.
