Pass the salt?
Or, wait…better yet, don’t. We Americans are getting too much of it in our diet these days, and the Centers for DIsease Control published a list of the 10 foods causing us the greatest salt intake. (Scroll down about a third of the way down the page and look for the small box on the right.)
Which of those ten foods do you enjoy the most? If you can name seven, you’re ready for this week’s challenge.
