III. COMMENTS POLICY
All comments will be moderated.  It is the sole discretion of the Owner whether a comment will be allowed to appear.  The Owner reserves the right to delete comments in their entirety, modify comments for length or for clarity, and/or edit comments that do not meet standards of decency as defined by the Owner.

If you intend to comment on an article you must use a personal, non-commercial URL or leave the URL field blank.  You are encouraged to provide the URL to your legitimate personal website if you have one so that other users can visit your site.  Any comment containing a Commercial URL will be considered comment spam and will either be deleted in its entirety or have the URL portion of the comment deleted.  It is a violation of our terms and conditions to harass, solicit, or harm any member based on the information that has been displayed by means of the service we provide.

All information posted will be deemed as non confidential and non proprietary.  You are solely responsible and are the representative of any content you submit, post or display within our website. As a result the Owner deems that you believe that the content is within the terms and conditions applicable to such content.  You further agree not to submit in a comment material that infringes on any other copyrighted material.

By leaving a comment, you grant the Owner non-exclusive rights to publish, archive and republish that content for the purpose of discussion without compensation of any kind.  You also agree to allow your comment to be reproduced in separate comments-only RSS feeds generated by the Site available for subscription to other users through the Site and through third-party vendors.  You also agree to protect, indemnify and hold harmless the owner of the Site from copyright infringement by publishing, archiving or republishing that content.

If the Site ever accepts advertising or other similar sources of revenue, you agree that you are not entitled to a portion of such revenue through having posted a comment or in any other way participated in discussions contained on the site.

You may not copy posts or articles in their entirety without express written permission prior to such republication.  You may not copy posts or articles either in their entirety or in unreasonable, significant amounts and retitle or in any other way repackage or imply that the material is original content on your site or any other site.  In other words, in all instances in which material from this Site is reposted, it must be made clear, including the use of a hyperlink to the article from which excerpts were posted, that this Site was the source of the material you copied.

The Owner uses services like CopyScape.com and CopyGator.com to monitor the internet for possible instances of plagiarism and reserves the right to act on any cases in which plagiarism or copyright infringement may have occurred.

In instances where plagiarism or copyright infringement may have occurred, the Owner will make a good faith attempt to contact, if possible, the owner of the site on which the work appears in order to request proper attribution.  If no response is received within 48 hours of such contact, or if access to the site is in any way blocked, the Owner reserves the right to consider this willful intent to infringe upon copyright of intellectual property and will notify the offending site’s hosting company of the potential plagiarism or copyright infringement and issue a Digital Millennium Copyright Act Takedown Notice until the offending material is removed.

V. USE OF “WEEKENDER MATERIALS” AND OTHER ORIGINAL FRANCHISE
The Site provides weekly franchises (the Saturday Six and the Sunday Seven) which are meant to encourage use at this Site and on others.  You are free to reproduce the questions posed on the Site at your site, provided that you include a link to this Site as described above.  You are also free to reproduce the accompanying banner graphic, (i.e., “Saturday Six” banner or “Sunday Seven” banner), if applicable, provided that you do not “hotlink” that graphic and that you do not alter it (other than resizing when necessary) to leave any impression that you have ownership rights to the franchise.

You may not copy the questions, then repost or in any other way redistribute said questions, or retitle or repackage the questions, or any in other way imply that you are the originator of the questions.  A clear link to this site identifying it as the originator of the material must be included.

This Site has no control over such sites and resources, and you therefore acknowledge and agree that this site is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that this Site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

VIII. PRIVACY POLICY
To leave comments on the site, users are required to provide a valid email address.  The Owner will not use that email address for any purpose other than contacting the poster in the event of a problem with the comment, which is a rare occurrence.  The Owner will not sell email addresses or send spam to the email addresses collected through comments.

Tracking programs collect some user information, including ISP and general location, for the purposes of compiling user statistics for the Site.  The Owner does not share any specific information collected from stat-finder software.

Users have the option to sign up, via a form located in the sidebar, for an email newsletter with daily updates of new posts.  This is a completely optional feature and the Owner will not use any collected email address to sign up anyone or in any other way automatically subscribe any email address to such a service.

The Owner reserves the right to republish comments previously left on this site in future posts, identifying the user by the username they used when they left the original comment.  The Owner will not republish the email address collected at that time, and the Owner is not responsible for fraudulent usernames left in an attempt to immitate someone else.
