This week’s episode focuses on what some consider “the most important meal of the day,” breakfast.

If I’m going to eat a big breakfast, I’m most likely to do so on Saturday, because that’s my only real day off on which I have the time to actually cook up something.

  • 1. Which meal of the day do you think is most important: Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, and why? Breakfast. People smarter than I have told me that it makes me more energetic and helps lose weight.

    2. How often do you eat a good breakfast? Rarely… Hence “smarter than I” in the previous reply.

    3. How do you like your pancakes? I don’t eat them often, but probably with some jam, as I find them fairly favourless otherwise.

    4. How do you like your eggs? Fried or boiled. Hate scrambled.

    5. What breakfast meat would you be most likely to choose? Bacon. (I know, I know…)

    6. Do you prefer hash browns, toast or biscuits? I don’t know what hash browns are, and I really dislike biscuits. Toast is okay.

    But I don’t eat a good breakfast often enough. It might change now that I make a smoothie.

    I like them with chocolate chips or plain with maple syrup. 🙂 (I’m getting hungry!)
    4. HOW DO YOU LIKE YOUR EGGS? My egg preference changes. Every way but poached.

    5. WHAT BREAKFAST MEAT WOULD YOU BE MOST LIKELY TO CHOOSE?
    Steak!
    6. DO YOU PREFER HASH BROWNS, TOAST OR BISCUITS? Hash browns then biscuits. No to toast. yes to a bagel or croissant. 🙂
