I hope you saved enough strength from the feast on Thursday to be able to brave the lines on Black Friday.  Assuming, of course, that you actually left the house on Friday morning!
This week’s quiz is all about Black Friday, the day retailers hope they’ll be able to be thankful for!
Thanks for playing.
- First to Play Last Week: Diana, of Diana’s Little Corner in the Nutmeg State. Congratulations!
(According to the rules, “First to Play” requires you to be the first to include the link to the specific entry in which you answered the questions, not just the general link to your blog.)
Here are this week’s “Saturday Six” questions. Either answer the questions in a comment here, or put the answers in an entry on your journal…but either way, leave a link to your journal so that everyone else can visit! Permission is not granted to copy the questions to message boards for the purpose of having members answer and play along there. Enjoy!

A little late. 🙂
1. How long did you spend browsing Black Friday ads on Thanksgiving Day?
Not at all.
2. What’s the earliest you’ve ever been to a store on any Black Friday?
This year's Black Friday was the first time I ever shopped on a Black Friday.
3. Which store would be your first choice as one to line up outside before it opened on Black Friday?
I don't think any shop would be my "first choice" for such idiocy, but if there really was something worth the effort, probably Best Buy or a similar electronics store.
4. What is the first thing you purchased on Friday?
Two bags of dog food.
5. Take the quiz: What’s Your Black Friday Shopping Style?

6. How much of your Black Friday shopping did you do online?
None. Had I had the money to spend on "stuff", I'd probably have made purchases on NewEgg or something.
I think your blog looks even better on Linux.

Hi Patrick 🙂
Here are my answers…
1. Not long, I pretty much knew what I was shopping for. I spent maybe 20 minutes checking things out.
2. 3:30 AM
3. Macy's
4. A Blue Dress
5. You Are an Online Deal Seeker
You are technologically savvy and extremely comfortable with online shopping.
When it comes to Black Friday, there's no other choice but to shop online. How else can you be at multiple stores at once?
Besides, you don't even have to leave your warm home to shop. You may have to get up early to get the best deals, but at least you can do it in your pj's.
You don't need the stress of crazy crowds and long lines. The sales are just as good online!
6. ZERO. WE LOVE BLACK FRIDAY! The crowds, the Christmas music, the fantastic coffee at our favorite cafe in Union Square in San Francisco… it just can't be beat!
Have a great week Patrick! 🙂
