  1. Lobster – it is the butter that’s the killer
    New England Clam Chowder – it is the cream this time that is the killer. I now have Rhode Island clam chowder
    Steak – red meat
    Processed meats like salami – too much salt
    Blue Cheese dressing – lots of carbs
    Mac & Cheese – it is both the salt and the carbs
    Alcohol – too hard on the kidneys & liver
