Weight Loss Update: 10 Down and Counting

My church’s weight loss challenge is now half-way done, and I’ve managed to shed 10 pounds so far. That averages to about 2.5 pounds per week, which most weight loss experts would call a “healthy” amount.

The weight loss icon at the top of the sidebar has been updated with the latest weigh-in information, and you can track my progress along the way.

Encouragement is welcome. So is nudging when it’s obviously necessary.

I have a long way to go.
