My church’s weight loss challenge is now half-way done, and I’ve managed to shed 10 pounds so far. That averages to about 2.5 pounds per week, which most weight loss experts would call a “healthy” amount.

Encouragement is welcome. So is nudging when it’s obviously necessary.
