Dinner Questions – Part 3

Here’s the final set of questions my regular readers said they’d likely ask me over dinner in a recent edition of the Sunday Seven. These questions comprised this week’s edition of the Saturday Six.

If you missed the earlier sets, be sure to read Part 1 and Part 2.

Here are my answers to the questions I asked this past week:

1. From Aislínge: Where have you lived?

Only in two states: South Carolina and Virginia.

2. From Strange: What famous person — living or dead — would you like to meet if you could?

I think it would have to be Jesus Christ. I have many questions, though I suspect I might not want to hear all of His answers.

3. From Strange: If you could have any superpower, what would you choose?

I think I’d like to be able to read minds, but selectively: I’d only want to read the mind of one person at a time or be able to control it, not have everyone’s minds be screaming at me all at once. There are a few people in particular that I’d like to use this power on to see if anything is actually happening in there.

4. From Cat.: Has there ever been a time you’ve had creepy stalker-types hassling you in real live over your blog?

No, I had a negative experience online with a blogger who took everything a little too personally, but he has long since disappeared.

5. From Cat.: What have you been reading?

Sadly, very little of late. At the top of my reading list at the moment: The Christian Atheist: When You Believe in God But Live as If He Doesn’t Exist, Speedliter’s Handbook: Learning to Craft Light with Canon Speedlites, and What the Night Knows by Dean Koontz. My camera is actually a Nikon rather than a Canon, but I figure the idea is the same from brand to brand.

6. From Cat.: What’s for dessert? [This is, clearly, THE most important question!]

Carrot cake. Or, cheesecake with no topping. (Cheesecake is so good that it needs no assistance!)

Thanks to everyone who submitted questions!
